To reserve the clubhouse: 

• • Check the calendar below for availability. 

  • If no other event is scheduled, download and complete the lease document (click here). 

  • Email completed forms to Jeff Petz jpetz@acrirlty.com  - OR - Mail completed forms to: ACRI Commercial Reality,  290 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15229,  ATTN: Jeff Petz. Call Jeff with any questions: 412-459-0111 ext. 114.

  • Clubhouse leases are limited to homeowners whose HOA accounts are current and in good standing at the time of the lease submission. (Lakemont Bylaws, Article VII, Section B)

Clubhouse reservations: event initially shows "Rental Pending" and shows "Rental Reserved" after ACRI confirms the reservation.
